General terms, conditions and information

• Only garments suitable for machine wash will be laundered. Items marked ‘Dry clean only’  will be returned unprocessed unless you expressly ask to be laundered in a normal washing machine. 
• We do not accept liability for lettering that has come off during the washing or drying process as this is a common occurence with clothing.
• Laundered duvets and pillows can become lumpy and/or lose their shape, we do not accept responsibility if that occurs. 
• We do not target stains specifically, please ask if you want us to try and remove a stain. However, removal is not guaranteed and some stains may remain, either fully or partially.  Also discolouration could occur during the stain removal process for which we are not liable.
• Products that we use for stain removal include commercial available stain removal products, hydrogen peroxide solution, detergents and, rarely and strictly for specific, white laundry only, chlorine bleach.   
• We launder clothing and bedding at a maximum temperature of 40° degrees Celsius (or 104° F).  

Exclusions from the washing and drying process:

• Weighted blankets
• Feather/down duvets, pillows or garments such as down jackets
• Leather or suede garments
• Dry clean
• Very soiled garments 
• Garments soiled with oils, skincare build up, large dye stains
